My name is Kaitlin, I'm the person behind Slumber Pawty! I decided to start this business because I love animals and I know how important it is to find the best care for your pets. As someone who loves to travel, I know the stress of trying to find proper care for my dog. I can't trust him with just anyone. Finding the right person to take care of him while I'm away is the utmost importance to me. I want to be able to go away knowing he's with someone who I can trust that will love and take care of him like I would. That's why I would love to be that person for you!
About Me
Born and raised in Peterborough, I've always grown up with pets. From dogs to cats to fish I've always had a love for animals.

After I graduated from school I decided to make the move out west and landed in Banff, AB. From there I went on many adventures, eventually ending up in Calgary where I got a job at Pet Planet, a doggy day care and overnight kennel service. I worked on both sides taking care of dogs short and long term. There I would spend my days walking, playing, feeding and sometimes if needed administering medications. I even adopted a little Yorkie Lasso mix named Lucy from a client who could no longer care for her. Her and I had many great adventures together until it was her time to cross the Rainbow Bridge.

Moving back to Peterborough after 10 years out west, I felt lost without a dog. So I searched and searched and that's when I found my best friend Zeppelin! He is now an almost 8yr old Rottweiler and I honestly couldn't picture my life without him! Now back out west residing in Cochrane AB, I am excited to continue this journey out here and bring my services to Cochrane and the surrounding areas!
